"Platform": Refers to Lyvo’s website and mobile applications.
"User": Any individual or business using Lyvo as a customer, service provider, or staff member.
"Service Provider": A registered professional offering services through Lyvo Pro.
"Customer": A user who books services through Lyvo.
"Staff Member": A technician or worker linked to a service provider through Lyvo Staff.
"We" / "Our" / "Us": Refers to Lyvo (Abboud Houk, Entrepreneur Individuel, SIREN 813096401).
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Customers can browse, book, and pay for services.
Service Providers can manage bookings, staff, and earnings.
Staff Members receive and complete assigned tasks.
You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the provider.
Payments are processed securely via authorized payment partners.
Invoices are generated and available to all parties upon service completion.

Users can rate and review services. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
You agree not to:
Provide false information or impersonate others
Circumvent the platform to avoid fees

All content on the platform (design, logo, text, software) is the property of Lyvo and protected under copyright laws. You may not reproduce or reuse any part without our consent.

Actions or negligence of independent service providers or staff
Delays or service disruptions caused by third parties or force majeure
Losses incurred due to user errors or misuse of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or apps. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
