At Lyvo, we are committed to ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how users may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund for services booked through our platform (Lyvo, Lyvo Pro, Lyvo Staff, and lyvoone.com).
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
You cancelled your booking within the allowed cancellation window as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
The service provider failed to show up or deliver the agreed service.
The service provided was incomplete, unsatisfactory, or not in line with the booking details, and a valid complaint is submitted within 48 hours of service time.
A full refund will be issued when:
You cancel a booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
The assigned provider was a no-show and you chose not to rebook.
A partial refund may be issued when:
The service was delivered partially or below acceptable standards, as confirmed after internal review.
You cancel less than 12 hours before the service time (up to 70% may be refunded, depending on circumstances).
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
No-show by the customer without prior notice.
Services fully delivered and confirmed without complaint within 48 hours.
Fraudulent or repeated refund claims.
Cancellations made after the provider has started or completed the job on-site.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or to your Lyvo Wallet, as preferred.
Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
